About Jackson County Court Docket

Jackson County court dockets are divided among the Circuit Court Clerk, the Clerk and Master, and Gainesboro Town Court. Tennessee has no public statewide search for ordinary Jackson County trial cases, so finding the correct custodian matters. This private reference site brings the official contacts, court roles, request paths, and limited appellate search option into one clear place.

Why We Built This Site

Tennessee court access is broad, but Jackson County uses split custodians. Jeff Hardy's Circuit Court Clerk's Office keeps Circuit, Criminal, General Sessions, and Juvenile records. Sherrie Pippin Loftis, the Clerk and Master, keeps Chancery, equity, domestic-relations, and Probate files. Gainesboro has a separate Town Court clerk for municipal matters. We organize those official routes and explain why Tennessee Public Case History helps only after a matter reaches an appellate court.

What You Will Find Here

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site with no connection to a Tennessee court, clerk, or agency. Its limits are important:

  • We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.

Search Partners

Search boxes on some pages are supplied by third parties that control their results, terms, and prices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this site. We do not operate those services, set their charges, or treat their results as an official Jackson County court record.
